Controversial singer Speed Darlington has responded defiantly after the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons, NAPTIP, declared him wanted over allegations of rape, cyberbullying, and cyberstalking.
The agency acted after the singer, in a now-viral Instagram video, claimed to have had relations with a 15-year-old girl and then failed to honour an official summons.
In a fresh video on Monday, Speed Darlington denied any wrongdoing and challenged NAPTIP to produce evidence. He insisted he would not present himself for questioning, describing the agency’s actions as a publicity stunt.

The musician accused NAPTIP of damaging his reputation and threatened legal action for defamation.
He argued that his comments were merely provocative, not criminal, and dismissed the accusations as an attempt to gain social media relevance.
NAPTIP has yet to respond officially.
