The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, has arrested Lagos socialite Mike Eze Nwalie Nwogu, popularly known as Pretty Mike, along with more than 100 others during a weekend operation at his nightclub, Proxy Lagos, on Victoria Island.
According to NDLEA spokesperson Femi Babafemi, the raid followed credible intelligence that a “drug party” was underway. Operatives reportedly kept the venue under surveillance from late Saturday before storming the premises around 3 a.m. Sunday, recovering several cartons of cannabis “loud” and canisters of nitrous oxide.

All suspects, including Pretty Mike, were taken into custody for profiling and investigation. The NDLEA said the operation reflects its renewed determination to enforce Nigeria’s drug laws across nightlife hubs, warning that similar establishments involved in illicit activities would face decisive action.
