At least 11 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli soldiers and settlers in Gaza and the occupied West Bank, according to Palestinian officials and local media, in violence reported on April 21, 2026.
In Gaza, seven people were killed in a series of attacks, including a child who died from injuries sustained earlier, while at least 21 others were reported injured within 24 hours; strikes were reported in areas including Khan Younis, Beit Lahiya, Jabalia and Gaza City.
In the occupied West Bank, four Palestinians were killed, including two people shot during a settler attack on a school in al-Mughayyir village near Ramallah, while a 16-year-old, Mohammad Majdi al-Jaabari, was killed in Hebron after being struck by a vehicle in a convoy escorting an Israeli minister.

The incidents occurred during an ongoing ceasefire declared in October, with the Gaza health ministry reporting that hundreds have been killed and thousands injured since the truce began.
