The Ogun State Government has pledged to rehabilitate alternative routes around the Ijebu-Ode–Mojoda tollgate to ease access and support local economies. The assurance came during a stakeholders’ forum chaired by Chief Economic Adviser and Finance Commissioner, Dapo Okubadejo, in Ijebu-Ode.
Communities in Isiwo, Itamapako and Oke Ako are to benefit from improved connectivity, bypassing the tollgate and reducing travel time. The initiative forms part of a broader effort to cushion residents from mounting economic pressure.
