The Sole Administrator of Rivers State, Vice Admiral Ibok-Etteh Ibas (retired), has dismissed reports alleging that he summoned Governor Siminalayi Fubara and his deputy, Professor Ngozi Odu, for questioning.
In a statement released on Wednesday through the Permanent Secretary in the Office of the Secretary to the State Government, Mr Dede Friday, the reports were described as “fraudulent announcements” designed to sow discord and provoke unrest.
