Tems has been confirmed as executive music producer for Paramount Pictures’ upcoming fantasy film “Children of Blood and Bone”, marking another major milestone in her international career.
Tems will oversee and curate the movie’s soundtrack and is expected to contribute original music.
The adaptation of Nigerian-American author, Tomi Adeyemi’s bestselling novel is directed by Gina Prince-Bythewood and features a star-studded cast including Thuso Mbedu, Viola Davis, Idris Elba, Regina King, Chiwetel Ejiofor and Cynthia Erivo. Richard Mofe-Damijo and singer Ayra Starr are also part of the star-studded cast.
“Children of Blood and Bone” is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release in January 2027.
